 Founder Promoters            

The company is jointly promoted by Renju Kocheril and Prasad Madhavan, having more than 24 years of combined experience in a wide range of industries including engineering, automotive, aerospace, telecom, software, financial services and consulting.

 Renju Kocheril is an Electronics and Communication engineering graduate with an MBA in Finance from Illinois State University, . He has over 9 years of work experience as a finance professional in various fields such as telecom, automotive and consulting. He started off his career as a financial consultant for a manufacturing firm based out of Chicago , where he went on to become the financial controller within a short span. He was also part of the Corporate Finance team that was involved in the funding and roll out of Aircel’s cellular network in South India .  He has also worked for over three years at Ford India Private Limited as a cross functional team member that successfully launched Ford Fusion and Ford Fiesta in India. He returned to consulting as Executive Vice President of Avista Corporate Finance Advisory based out of Chennai. In this role, he was instrumental in setting up two major multinational clients in two separate Special Economic zones near Chennai. This process included obtaining SEZ unit approvals, Single Window clearances from Tamil Nadu Guidance Bureau and various other agencies. He was also actively involved in the process of obtaining formal approval for an IT SEZ at Sriperumbudur. He continues to maintain excellent relationship with these clients and continues to support them on operational issues.

 Prasad Madhavan is a Mechanical Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, Masters in Foreign Trade,  P.G. Diploma in International Business and M.Phil. in International Business. He has over 15 years of work experience in diverse sectors such as Engineering, Software, Insurance, Risk Management & Consulting and has experience in striking and nurturing several strategic alliances. He started his career with a marketing and consulting company and has launched several multinational brands in the engineering sector in South India . He was a Partner / Business Head for an engineering services and software company for over seven years during which he has also been a business associate for several European companies. He then moved on as General Manager for Armour Consultants Private Ltd from where he shifted to the British Deputy High Commission in Chennai as Senior Trade and Investment Adviser for the Engineering, Automotive, Aerospace and Oil & Gas sectors. He is currently the Director of one of our partner organisation, TANSTIA-FNF Service Centre(TFSC). Over the years he has assisted several overseas companies in setting up their operations, marketing and distribution network in India and has also produced several customized research reports on business opportunities and market strategy for several European companies.
