The scope of engagement included preparing Detailed Project Report(DPR) for setting up of plant and machinery for a new unit engaged in procurement of components, inspection, production and marketing of Tractors, including indigenisaion and development of components, R&D works, commercial and human resource requirements. KOINE was involved in the entire business planning stage and has successfully obtained clearances from all regulatory bodies in Kerala. The project has recently been approved by the State Government and is now awaiting Cabinet approval
